MISS HAIG was a white mare of uncertain age, originally the property of the Sligo Polo Club and afterwards owned by Colonel Neil Haig, she was played by the Inniskillings and in several Champion Cup Tournaments.
Owned by A. Rawlinson and shown at the Roehampton Club Show, on 7th June, 1907 Miss Haig was part of a winning stud, of three ponies to be shown, “ready for play.”

At the Ranelagh Club Show on 22nd June, she was entered in a class for Polo Ponies, heavy-weight, to be ridden and won second prize.
Later, in 1911 Miss Haig was owned by the Comte Jean de Madre, who entered her in the Ranelagh Club Show on the 8th July in a class for Polo Ponies, (heavy-weight) up to carrying 14 stone. She was Reserve in the class.
In 1915 Miss Haig was owned by Colonel McMiking and later passed into the hands of Mrs J. Oscar Muntz, who registered her in Volume 14, (1915-1916) of The National Pony Society. She was measured October 1916, (height 14.2 hands.) No pedigree is given.
