Roman Scandal was on, “The Approved Mare Register,” from September 1934 until February 1939.
She was then Transferred to Volume 23 of The National Pony Stud Book on 2nd February 1939 and given the, “Mare Number 7469.”
Love Lightly would have been at Foxhams from 1936 to 1938 and was probably in the, “1938 Sale as Young Stock.”

Notes:
In 1935 Mrs Muntz was to be found expressing the view to Colonel Goldshmidt, “That polo needed thoroughbreds for speed.” An interesting comment since, “The Tetrarch” was said to be the, “fastest horse, on the turf,” and he is in the pedigree of Roman Scandal.
