How exactly did Tyranny II come to sire a foal with Blue Cross? Did he come West, sometime before 1915? Did he run temporarily on the Moor? Was the Grey Filly (unnamed) sent back on to the moor with her dam, Blue Cross?

As we shall see later, Blue Cross (who was not registered until 1916), had in:
1916 – a dark grey filly named Wortleberry by an unknown pony (a Dartmoor stallion?)
1919 – Black colt by Findon Grey Shales
