I think Bridal Veil was purchased by Lieutenant Colonel W.W. Hallchurch, (Compton Hill House, Tettenhall Wood, Wolverhampton,) in 1938, possibly at the “Sale.”
At three years old, in 1939 Bridal Veil was covered by Gallop Apace, (GSB) and in 1940 produced a foal named “Fiery Foot,” whose, “Owner and Breeder,” was Lt. Col. W.W. Hallchurch.

Bridal Veil was a Thoroughbred x Dartmoor cross.
