Rock Rose must have belonged to Mrs J. Oscar Muntz as she is recorded as the owner and breeder of Foxhams Waif.

Foxhms Waif was considered to be completely Dartmoor at this time, otherwise she would not have been given the Prefix “Foxhams”

Notes:
The Rock-rose is not a rose and does not much resemble one, with its yellow flowers and densely hairy leaves. The common Rock-rose grows on scrub, rocky places and grass land in most of England.
